Event Description

Curious about energy efficiency upgrades or alternative energy systems for your farming operation? Wondering if you can reduce the money you spend on energy? Attend this workshop to learn more about programs and incentives available for farms.

The event will feature staff from the Dane County Land and Water Resources Department, Dane County Office on Energy and Climate Change, Focus on Energy®, and the USDA. Presentations and discussions will be held on the most up to date financial and technical resources available for owners and operators of agricultural land or facilities to reduce energy consumption and even adopt alternative energy systems.

Bring your questions, your energy use reports from your energy provider, and your note pads and network with the people who can help you identify the most cost effective opportunities for your situation.
