Self-Defense

The Grove is holding a Safety Series of Events, in conjunction with Dane County Sheriff's Office, District One Emergency Management, and Wisconsin Heights Schools. The goal is to provide a Free learning opportunity each month.

Two-part series presented in January:  Self-Defense.  REGISTRATION REQUIRED - The Grove Events

This course will help you identify your greatest strengths as you learn to not only defend, but avoid dangerous situations all together.

Must be 10+, no age maximum.
