Dane County Regional Airport Celebrates Return of Non-Stop Service to Los Angeles and Kicks off the Summer Travel Season

Madison, WI – The Dane County Regional Airport (DCRA) is ready to serve travelers from South Central Wisconsin and beyond as the busy summer travel season kicks off right before Memorial Day with the return of non-stop service from MSN to Los Angeles (LAX). The inaugural Breeze Airways seasonal flight to LA was celebrated during a news conference held at DCRA on May 22nd. County officials and business leaders recognized this important addition to DCRA’s service and sent the first flight on its way. This event marked the third new non-stop flight launched by MSN and Breeze Airways in the last three months, in addition to service to Tampa and Orlando, Florida.
 

“MSN is so pleased to be able to once again offer a non-stop flight to LAX, and excited to have yet another offering from our newest carrier Breeze Airways,” said Airport Director Kim Jones. “Los Angeles offers DCRA travelers connections to many popular domestic and international destinations and is a desired destination for business and leisure travel in and of itself. The more local travelers that choose MSN for their summer travel plans, the more opportunities we have to add new airlines and non-stop destinations to our network. Plus, with new shopping, dining, and bar options available to travelers, every passenger can enjoy an upgraded travel experience when they fly local at MSN.”
