County Board to Hold Hearing on Proposed 2025 Dane County Budget

On October 9 at 7pm, the Dane County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2025 Dane County budget.  The proposed budget was released by County Executive Kuhn on September 18.  The public hearing is an opportunity for members of the public to provide input on the budget as the County Board works through the budget process.  

“I highly recommend Dane County residents take part in next week’s budget hearing,” said County Chair Patrick Miles (District 34). “The budget is determined based on the needs of the communities it serves. It is important that members of the community are given the opportunity to contribute at every step of the process.”

Information to register for the hybrid public hearing can be found on the top of the agenda which will be posted on the Legislative Information Center (https://dane.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx) by Friday, October 4.
