Frontier Airlines to Add New Service to Phoenix

Two Weekly Non-stop Flights Will Begin Seasonally Nov. 17, 2018

 

Madison, WI – The Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is pleased to announce that Frontier Airlines will be adding new service from Madison to Phoenix, Ariz. (PHX) beginning Nov. 17, 2018

 

"Expansion of services by Frontier continues to make Dane County a world-class destination," said Dane County Executive Joe Parisi. "Frontier’s commitment to Dane County has a significant economic impact on our region, and offers our residents another option to fly local."

 

Beginning Nov. 17, travelers from Madison will have two weekly nonstop flights to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Flights will depart MSN on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Tickets are available for sale today.

 

"Thanks to the terrific support of the Madison community we’re able to announce another non-stop destination from Madison," said Richard Oliver, Frontier Airlines spokesman. "Dane County Regional Airport is a great partner, and we look forward to working with them to make this route a success."

 

Interim Airport Director Kim Jones said, "We are extremely pleased that Frontier Airlines has decided to add new service to Phoenix. This route provides the community with low-fare service to the Southwest, which complements the existing low-fare service to the West provided by Frontier."
